This nude patch for the game Tomb Raider Underworld modifies the appearance of the wetsuit outfit Lara Croft is wearing while you play the game she has multiple outfits and not all of them are modified! This modification makes Lara almost fully naked as all her private parts are clearly visible under the transparent wetsuit. After applying the nude modification the model of Lara Croft you play with will seem much more realistic than it is without the patch. Make sure you have Textures set to High in the in-game graphics options menu, otherwise the mod will not work.
